Preparing Your Artwork for Print

For professional results, we ask that all artwork be supplied print-ready. Here’s what that means:

Image Quality: Photos and illustrations should be at least 300dpi.

Colour Settings: Please convert all colours to CMYK or the relevant PMS colours (no RGB or LAB).

Fonts: Make sure all fonts are embedded or outlined.

Crop & Bleed: Where possible, supply artwork with crop marks and bleed.

  • 3mm bleed for offset and digital printing
  • 5mm bleed for books and wide format jobs

Special Finishing
If your job includes folds, perforations or dielines, please overlay them as a spot colour set to overprint.

Document Setup
Ensure page sizes match your required print size.

When uploading your artwork, pleaase incigate your intented print size for each piece of artwork uploaded.  

  • A6 – 105 x 148mm

  • A5 – 148 x 210mm

  • A4 – 210 x 297mm

  • A3 – 297 x 420mm

  • A2 – 420 x 594mm

  • A1 – 594 x 840mm

  • A0 – 840 x 1188mm

  • DL – 99 x 210mm

  • Business Card – 90 x 55mm

  • Postcard – 105 x 148mm

How to Upload Your Artwork

To make uploading your artwork simple and stress-free, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Check Your File Format

We accept the following file types:

  • PDF (preferred)
  • EPS
  • AI (Adobe Illustrator)
  • High-resolution JPG or PNG (for images only)

Tip: Supplying a PDF ensures fonts, layouts and colours remain accurate.

Before uploading, make sure your artwork meets our print-ready requirements:

  • Images and illustrations at 300 dpi

  • Colours converted to CMYK or PMS

  • Fonts embedded or outlined

  • Include bleed and crop marks where required

  • Maximum file size per upload: 20MB

  • If your file exceeds this size, try compressing your artwork into a ZIP folder first or use a file-sharing service (such as Dropbox, Google Drive or WeTransfer) and share the link with us.

  • Use the form to select and upload your artwork.

  • You can upload multiple files if needed (e.g. front and back designs).

  • Please include your name, contact details and additional comments in the form so we can match your artwork to your order.

Once your files have been uploaded successfully, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us. Our team will then review your artwork and contact you if adjustments are required before going to print.
